Overall design

  • The length of the line body is about: 20800mm (including the lifting platform at both ends).
  • The width of the line body is about: 1095mm (including the covers on both sides), and the effective width of the conveyor tool is 800mm. 
  • The height of the conveyor line is about: 720mm (the height of the working surface of the production line from the ground, the upper and lower sides can be adjusted by 20mm).
  • The height of the line operator moves out of the ground: 750mm (up and down adjustable 20mm). 
  • Transmission speed: Shanbang 4KW integrated gear motor is used in the upper layer. The running speed is 5-10m/min, which can be linked; the lower layer adopts a 1.1KW hollow shaft geared motor, a total of 1 set. The uniform speed is 8m/min. 

Motor automation assembly lines station configuration

  • The entire transportation line has 4 sections, each section is about 4500mm long, and the wireframe is made of a 40*60mm rectangular tube.
  • The upper rail of the line body adopts a friction accumulation roller with a side cover aluminum alloy profile, a total of 18 meters.
  • The conveying medium in the line uses a φ74mm friction accumulation roller for finishing, and a single-chain power wheel is set for quenching and tempering; a total of 18 meters; a 5-point chain is used for the traction chain.
  • The assembly tooling board is made of 800mm * 800mm * 25mm PVC board and supported by V-shaped brackets, totaling 20 sets.
  • Each line of the line body is equipped with a set of heavy-duty special blockers, which can withstand an impact of 300KG during the production process, a total of 14 sets, and the electrical control is controlled by a solenoid valve.

  • Lifting platform at both ends: the cylinder body adopts the cylinder body with the upper and lower diameters of 63×300mm (the cylinder body adopts the Yadeke brand), and the weight is set. The conveying motor adopts a 0.1KW Shanbang motor, and the conveying device adopts double-row nickel plating. The chain (Donghua chain), the frame of the lifting platform is made of special aluminum alloy profiles; so that the lower layer of the tool plate can be recycled, a total of 2 sets.
  • Introduce working displacement: the bracket is made of a 40*60mm rectangular tube, and the aluminum alloy profile with a cover plate is used for the friction accumulation roller. The conveying medium adopts a φ74mm friction accumulation roller for finishing and is equipped with a single-chain power wheel. Quenching and tempering treatment; traction chain adopts 5-point Donghua chain; 220V two-position multi-function socket and plastic parts box are arranged below, and the main gate of leakage switch is installed in the main control cabinet; the drive adopts 0.2KW State integrated gear motor, Removal specification: 1500mm * 1095mm * 750mm±25mm, the quantity is 10 sets.
  • There is a set of the pneumatic system under the whole production line. Each station needs a set of 6 air inlets and is equipped with quick-change connectors. The total air inlet is equipped with a set of oil-water separators (used on demand) to facilitate the protection of the production life of pneumatic tools and pneumatic components. The number is 10 sets.
