Hongqi Fanrong Factory is one of the new energy vehicle production bases built by China FAW, with high-standard and intelligent assembly and parts supporting workshops. In production, there is a frequent demand for the storage and retrieval of fixtures, spare parts and high-precision components. The traditional shelf management model can no longer meet its high-efficiency, high-density and traceable logistics management requirements.
Challenges:
Before the upgrade, the Hongqi factory mainly used traditional shelves and manual sorting to store materials, which had the following problems:
