What parts of the powder coating are made up?

The seven components of the powder coating include pre-treatment equipment, powder coating system, painting equipment, oven, heat source system, electronic control system, overhead conveyor, etc.

 

1.Pre-processing equipment

 

The spray type multi-station pre-treatment unit is a commonly used equipment for surface treatment. The reason is to swindle mechanical scouring to accelerate the chemical reaction to complete the process of degreasing, phosphating, washing and the like. Typical processes for steel spray pretreatment are: pre-degreasing, degreasing, water washing, water washing, surface conditioning, phosphating, water washing, water washing, and pure water washing. Pre-treatment can also use shot blasting machine, which is used for steel parts with simple structure, strong rust, no oil or less oil. And no water pollution.

 

2. Powder spraying system

3.Painting equipment

4.Oven

 

Oven is one of the important equipment in the powder coating , and its temperature average is an important indicator to ensure the quality of the coating. The heating method of the oven includes: radiation, hot air circulation, radiation + hot air circulation, etc. According to the production program, the single chamber and the passing type can be divided, and the equipment mode has a straight-through type and a bridge type. The hot air circulating oven has good heat preservation, average temperature in the furnace and low heat loss. After testing, the temperature difference in the furnace is less than ±3oC, and it reaches the functional index of similar products in advanced countries.

5. Heat source system

 

Hot air circulation uses a wider heating method that heats the oven to the drying and solidification of the workpiece. The heat source can be selected according to the user’s detailed conditions: electricity, steam, gas or fuel. The heat source box can be set according to the condition of the oven: placed on the top, bottom and side. If the circulating fan that makes the heat source is a special high-temperature resistant fan, it has the advantages of long life, low energy consumption, low noise and small volume.

6.Electronic control system

 

Painting and painting line electrical control has a collection and single-row control. The collection control can use the programmable controller (PLC) to control the host, and automatically control each process according to the prepared control procedures, data collection and supervision and alarm. Single-row control is the most commonly used control method in the painting production line. Each process is controlled by a single column. The electric control box (cabinet) is placed in the vicinity of the equipment, which is low in cost, intuitive in operation and easy to maintain.

7. Overhead conveyor systems

 

Overhead conveyor systems are the transportation system of the industrial assembly line and the powder coating systems. The accumulation type suspension machine is used for the storage shelf of L=10-14M and the powder coating systems of the special-shaped street lamp alloy steel pipe.
